To block updates (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hi all!

Please tell me how to block the updates for GTA5? I use the mod wheel, and the game often starts to fly - you have to reinstall. Is it possible to block updates? Maybe domains in the hosts to register, or firewall block something?
