Quest Healer will see you now (Spoilers) (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)

In General, Hippocrates sends to find his owner, but alas, we learn that it burned down... and here you are given choices:
1. To help cure the patient of demos, and he will travel with us ----- In the end the patient dies of Hippocrates...
2. To kill the patient Dimas ------- Not tried...
3. To pay the doctor $ 10,000, and he immediately sent to us ---- In the end, the patient Hippocrates is alive.
What is my question, as it is influenced by the fact that one of the patients dies? And is there a way to save them both ( though more likely no than Yes... ).
