1)No, look. But you can try to invite her into the apartment through the terminal in this very apartment to meet with face to face.
2)It only appears at the party and has some funny dialogues.

scene at the citadel depends on what's your relationship with the team and who made a novel... like Miranda in the story inevitably falls off (but I'm not sure)... the music is on the Internet, look for OST Mass Effect and so on... I personally was more interested in the heroic music that played in the clubs and on the radio in the game...

Have an affair with her to continue. Meet at the hut in front of the Sanctuary, go through the Sanctuary and then proceed to the Citadel. Just a mustache. :)
