So I caught the fish, went to send in the mail and can't send, burning grey sending mail, what to do?

the fish is not send in the mail , she's rotten , you have a container with ice .. look for it on the map

And you just caught a legendary? The legendary fish only mail to send. Usually just to sell or to eat.

100% legendary, I just want to clarify there are important weight and size of the fish? Maybe not enough weight?

Legendary they one instance, the weight is not important, fine grade, too, sometimes.
