how to call a console (RAGE 2)

there infa to get a console in the folder base to create a configuration file in short

To turn on the console - it will create the file rageconfig.cfg in *:\***\Rage\base (Example D:\Rage\base\rageconfig.cfg)
It is entered :
com_AllowConsole 1 - activate the console.
com_SkipIntroVideo 1 - Pass video when it starts.

so here I have base folder/ root create - console does not open.
Could you tell me?
