Unable to install Paradox Launcher v2 (Stellaris)

When you launch the game through Steam, the system prompts you to install Paradox Launcher v2.
Offers a default folder. Starts The Setup Wizard. After this message appears: Paradox Launcher v2 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error, etc.

The last time I started the game in 2017, everything was fine.
Nothing with the game didn't do (no mods, no resets).

Tell me, what could be the problem?
