Hang in dialogs (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Sometimes there are seconds hang in the dialogues. The picture on the second all blurred. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This feature sadovskogo dvigla, complete solutions are not. Helps and for a short while, a complete restart of the game.
If a mod ride, I advise you to put Free DLC Merged - Mod Limit FIX from the nexus, but in my case not working on assembling the Hundred Mods Pack.

Fashion is, but I have not so much. Merged Free DLC I have is. Even put https://www.playground.ru/files/witcher_3_wild_hunt_mod_limit_fix-187453 but still happen from time to time hang.

With some sort of mod conflict most likely. I had that. Were off by one fashion and checked. As a result, the full mod had to remove and hang is gone. All at random ;)))
