Help with file videoconfig.cfg (Mafia 2)

This file is C:\Users\имя_пользователя\AppData\Local\2K Games\Mafia II\Saves\

if we open it in a text editor, you will see 8 columns of values, each of which that means something.
EXAMPLE:
0 1920 1080 1 1 1 0 1
as you can see 3rd and 4th column is the resolution.. the latter as it is clear that fiziks.
The question is whether it is possible to turn off DOF and shadows in the game?
