Many factors may be, one of them is an old Windows, filthy piece of junk, and processes may be running that prevents the Windows and the game and the second this may be because the game is garbage, and poorly optimized in some locations, in the third without any precise reason, as we will not be able to help you, maybe even if you have antivirus, is the type of virus that can interfere with the game.

Well, the Windows clean, recently put, if there were a lot of processes, it would be a download of the GPU/CPU, and its not what the game is rubbish I thought, but on forms like writing that at 90 FPS issues) But thanks for answer)

The game is shockingly optimized.

Actually the game is perfectly optimized. No crashes, no bugs, no zapisany, no problems in the game I saw. And here's a video to prove it, in Alexandria 60/60/59:
Video 8700k
And this is Reisen with 3600 3466 C14, with emphasis in the video:

The CPU is weak. There eats virtualization. To have the desired 60 frames 3600 Riesen or 8700k, simply speaking 6/12 or 8/8.
So I have not heard about it from loading in the game and that's where. If not for him, then at least start with the drivers. Monitoring an indicator of need.
