How to access the location using Cheat Engine or editing the message? (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

Actually a subject, began the quest the Mother of monsters has location Camp of goblins. Went to do other quests.... then one or two updates... well, now woke up, and the location is gone. The quest hangs. Is it possible to open access through enjin cheat or edit a save? Backup the save game is, but it is in the beginning of the 3rd act...
