Perks (Horizon: Zero Dawn)

Recently started to learn the game. There was such question. Is it possible given that the game can only reach level 60, and level give only one experience point, get all the perks? Or some extra experience points will be issued for completing quests in addition to taken level?

All the perks for one passage can take, even also this game has one. But you have Pollack to do.
Like the extra quests give these points for collecting all collectibles at 6, etc.
