2600 level i5-8400 (or somewhere there 4790k). Intel strongly bad the price tag is now apparently 2600 in this respect is much better, but AMD does not forgive krivorukost and illiteracy in the iron (Intel a little softer, but ideally the same approach in the choice). For the price, i3 8100 NOW you can take 8400 INFORMED. Its price was around 7000 rubles (overpayment 6 thousand).

My subjective opinion: 2600+a good motherboard which has profiles for overclocking, and can easily get 6 cores at 4.0 Ghz and 12 threads which is very, very dignified.

You seem not familiar with AMD.
a) NWO, and it supports AM4?
b) Buy a good CPU and RAM is better abroad.
C) For rayzen take the two straps for dual channel mode solves (loss can achieve about 10 frames easily).
d) it is extremely problematic Kingston RAM has a very poor overclocking potential, high timings / subtyping (even there is already CL16-18-18), the chips Hynix - CHEAP. Better savings on Mat Board money (take ASUS B350, for Х470 as the new chipset is more expensive and under 2600 nafig not needed) and invest in RAM G. Skill Aegis 16GB DDR4 3000 16GISB K2 C16 .
