Lol, no, can not))) the Reticle is just a texture, stretched to the entire screen during shooting. There is an assumption that the grid curve, or the resolution of the monitor is not perfect, but it is hardly, for gnomus quality mesh.

Yes, probably the first Stalker just broken-up weapons by 30% affects accuracy. With rapid-fire AK to shoot at 50 meters or more is unrealistic. 10 meters effective range.
