How to apply metamail? (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

Actually, the question in the topic title, taking perks on Metamucil does nothing, no context menu, no choice metamagical spells in higher-level list, as it was in NWN, absolutely nothing, except areas over the actual spell(the number of spheres equal to the number of studied metamagical techniques)
But somehow fill in these fields I could not.

This feature not added?. Or are they automatically increase? Or this works here so different rules? Help pliz.
