White piping (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Hello, so the problem appeared some sort of gui after all, silent patch and other similar
The problem is that some labels/icons/badges/etc are highlighted white edging (for example cemented), which is slightly annoying anyway like should not be such
Tell me what to do(((
