TWINUI and Troubleshooting problems with it

After latest updates to Windows 10 the problem - can't access video, photos and documents in pdf and docx. Things like opening with other applications and delete this demon has been tried - are trying to change the way open - it crashes trying to find, it is simply not in the system(under that name). Please help with this, since a lot of material on the PC, and reinstall and lose all you do not want, time is running out and hunting as soon as possible to get rid of this!
