Unable to connect to Battle.net (Help!) (Diablo 2)

Face this problem 2nd time. The first time was half a year ago when I played on the server everything was fine after some time again decided to continue to play but the password entered is not correct and more to connect could not...
Here again, decided to play Diablo nostalgia created new ACC played normally and decided to go to old kind of went all norms then I go on a new ACC and can't login after a few entries I see the message: unable to connect to Battle.net

Like described as help, really very much want to play with friends T_T

The account name and password are correctly entered.

If I enter many times wrong password will need to wait 15-20 min. then try again to enter.
