Diablo 3 for Nintendo svich (Diablo 3)

a question to all the owner of a Nintendo switch. I thought about buying this pristavy until I saw that Diablo 3 on it so here goes ! the username and password for Diablo 3 PC fits on switch or they have their own Diablo? just wondering whether it is possible to continue a game that was on the computer this console or not ! to abroad not to carry a Mac book.
