Does \"the fall of INTERHOME\" a good ending ? (Frostpunk)

There is not without spoilers , so close it and do not read on unless you want spoilers .



In the story it turns out that you can only save a maximum of 500 people and remains the choice to kill more than a hundred if played with no deaths , or leave them to die . Is there another way out ?

To get the best ending, do the following.
To upgrade your dreadnought to the maximum (need Outpost supplying steel).
To save ALL the children and engineers, but the remaining space to score employees.

Do not sign the following laws from the thread Adaptation: Soup & food supplements, house of pleasures, a law on duels, emergency change (if you're a perfectionist), sorting the patients.
