Impressions of the game (Oxenfree)
My impressions overview:
Game from independent Studio Night School Studio, which will tell a very original story about ghosts, radio waves and time loops.
Oxenfree is, in fact, musicians, only in the format indie: two-dimensional story-driven without an abundance of cut-scenes and QTE. The entire gameplay focuses on dialogues and story. The main characters swim to a deserted island where there is a strange anomaly related to radio waves.
First and foremost I want to note that this is a very nice looking indie. Secondly, the game is quite original and exciting. And third, it is atmospheric. The island keeps its secrets, and to get an answer to what's going on here - every minute I want more and more. There is choices and consequences, so not all the characters can leave the island. The plot, the story is a strong part of the game. There is choices and consequences, so not all heroes can leave this sharp..
Of the minuses is possible to allocate too fast and the massive chatter of the characters, when often do not have time to read subtitles (or listen) and to choose the response option at the same time. Well, I would like, nevertheless, is more of nonlinearity.
Total: fascinating and original project, which I can recommend to anyone who loves indie projects.

Really liked the game, the only negative - a long walk :D and very fast answers it is necessary to choose
Very stylish-looking game. Unusual and beautiful-sounding game, Recalling that Very strange things. Mnogokasatelnoy and tells a great story about interesting characters.
The main thing is to survive the first half hour, which is almost physically painful. Because the main characters - children-morons. Direct really, without exaggeration. As a General markoska. Reminiscent of the movie monster, there, too, if you survive the beginning about the poor characters that even interesting. And these new-fangled strange it's like a fake tone.
But it should be stronger than that - then it smoothed out and most of the characters even begin to empathize, they are well written (at least three of them). And mystery here at the height! Again, game mechanics are quite interesting.
Overall, not perfect, but definitely representative of games as art.
