Fly do save because of the new patch? (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

The question came out a patch that corrected a bunch of nasty bugs in quests, if it is put on 1.0.1 save the fly? (Yes play the pirates. No, I will not buy and support local producers until the final dlc, and that's after buying all together).

Don't know big this is my or patch, but it became impossible to raise the level of class spell selection. Warrior, Barbarian, Priest - no problem, but all sorts of Alchemists, Bards and Mages big and thick on the teeth. On the Western customers do not do ugly.
