How to remove menu Audio boost (Fallout 4)

In the main menu and during the game, this menu (see Fig. below) on top of all Windows.... Left an the radar, and on the right menu Audio boost. The problems started after installing HD textures. Fallaut 4 license (Steam). Reinstallation has not solved the problem.

This is most likely Sonic Radar from asus. just close it in the tray.

I have a pirate Fallaut 4 with HD textures, but none of that crap. ))) Put the Repack and installed HD textures and put them separately. All nori. )) v 1.9.4.0.1.
