Inadequate controller (FIFA 19)

Good day!Help with the problem.Bought fifa 19 ,but ran into a problem.When you connect the joystick (logitech f310) is beginning to not behave properly (defined as two joystick and turns the tabs themselves ).18 Fife helped disconnecting the joystick from the nest ,at 19 it does not help.Tried using the x360 launch - did not help .Maybe someone knows how to fix it ?
