Can't cast some AoE spells not casting and all (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

LVL 8 is, Agnese there are stored, click on the spell and the target (at the range) it is not castaeda. With lightning and magic arrow, too. The rest is seems to work. And with it what not so?

Perhaps the desired resource on zaklinanie (diamond dust, etc.), because some spells(diamond skin) requires resources, or just a bug. Agnisar I understand is furball, I have it normally castaeda.
