equipments 2k19 NBa my player (NBA 2K19)

In short can't equip your characters to me for a career and not for the Park. Help. I bought and put them in there career

In the last part chtoli not played when sitting in the locker room before the game, look at the bottom button of equipment. What playing I do not know to use the right stick
