A couple of questions (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Going through the game a third time, but with mods and I was wondering :1) is there a mod that will allow you to accurately set the size of the beards of the Witcher (I want all the time had a beard (just stubble, not a beard or a smooth face, so every time do not shave)? 2) if you choose the bad ending (with the battle in the marshes at the end of the story), can I then play the Blood and Wine in the story (not through the game menu) or the game is over?
