Sli does not work in full force.

The problem is this: when running any games, esesno, keep sli, one card works at ~70%, solved this problem by pressing alt+tab (switching to desktop and back)/alt+enter (switching windowed mode to fullscreen)/change display mode from window to fullscreen in the game's settings.
The problem is very simple, but terribly annoying, maybe someone faced with similar?
