As you can see, all games almost old. Possible make: Intel Core i3-8100, MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4Gb, 8Gb RAM. Will all these toys on high settings with 40-50 fps? would like to hear your opinion.

8 GB of operatives is not enough, you need 16 GB. On my PC(i3-6100/R9 380 4gb/Ram 16gb) in FullHD on high/ultra(some) was excellent GTA V, Watch Dogs 2, Just Cause 3,Call of Duty: WWII, Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.

Most of these games are even on the bucket 10 years ago. What is called addicting. But if the budget allows it is better not to take sopitsa and future-proofed.
