Voice fashion Frosted Winted. (Grand Theft Auto 3)

Anyone who played the mod Frosted Winted noticed that there is no voice acting at all. I think it would be nice to fix this problem. If possible can anyone help to implement this by making the scripts for the audio tracks. The track can be taken from the original (all exactly empty) overwriting the under story fashion. Very sound and mount can take.
