This is a win 10. What to do? (GoldenLand 2)

Comp is more than appropriate for this game, but slow - measured with Fraps from 10 to 15 fps (especially annoying in the inventory).
The problem is not just me and not just for win 10.
How to fix it tell me or post a link to rules version pliz

Solved the problem!
On the website OldGames forum downloaded 1 MB and copied the files in the game folder helped
