Update Windows Modules.exe — what is the process?

Good time of day. For quite a long time after 10-15 minutes after starting the computer, in task Manager appears in process "Update Windows Modules.exe" which loads the CPU by 20%. This is clearly not the update installer, because they are always responding "Windows Modules Installer Worker.exe" the folder which successfully opened by clicking "Open file location". But not with this process. It continues to hang and ship the CPU as long as it does not kill. System operation not affected.

Who faced a similar problem and is it possible to remove this infection?
