Fight(glitch) (Prey (2017))

In the task Through a glass darkly after a visit to a Workshop of Dr. Lorenzo have to watch the video in the office of Morgan.When you come to the office and to the computer,the tab-feature-0.Can't watch the video.Maybe somebody was it and how was it solved?

there seems to be do not have to watch a video that would go further, they need to ping the servers. Personally, I glitch is not encountered.

And the servers are all recovered (through the terminal in the office Calvino)? They need to make a diagnosis, to know which server is not working and turn it on.

The servers are all restored.did everything as it should.But if you do not have to see,why the job is hanging in the task and the new does not appear.Watched on YouTube passage,all in 1 and got a preview video.
