The delay sound.

On the laptop there is a problem: when I connect the headphones (tried several) the sound in the video on YouTube and other services when you run the mp3 on the hdd OFTEN, but NOT ALWAYS starts playing immediately. That is, asynchronous is not happening, but the sound track starts a few seconds after the start of the file.

Has anyone encountered similar as possible to solve the problem?
