After reloading the game shows the time left before work/school, and as soon as that moment comes, in the time already hated my inscription vacation.
Vacation is a good thing, but not the same life. Shift work does not help ?

Check to see what mods and scripts you have enabled. There is a mod for on/off.off. school attendance. Try some mods to remove from the Mods folder and check to see has anything changed.
