There are no other players. (Forza Horizon 3)

Download pirates forza horizon 3, when you give a free ride, after winning the guy in the Ferrari on the beach, that is only a peaceful traffic, riders no where as it was on my litsuhe. The pirates are riding completely alone, racers just racing there and all.
On the Internet looking for the answer to the question, no where found, apparently for all that, it booted and played for an achievement. But after a fun ride with the riders here feel abandoned.
