On account of initialize steam is stupid releaese steam again and launch the game, everything starts Robit. On account of labels - PUBG EXP/PUBG TEST it's not the main game, you understand the title, then you have on your desktop not the shortcut (but I don't know, honestly, your computer). And as above wrote - the game came out, so the MB did not come.
