risperdal (My Summer Car)

What happened to rasprodala. The car will not start when poweraqua the key it clicks.Tried to set all keys ,but nothing came out.I think it broke if this is the case how can it be fixed. If it is a what key to tighten.
Oil antifreeze gasoline clutch fluid and so filled and the transaction completed. by the way the screw on the carb which rpm is responsible not spinning, glows green but doesn't spin. On rispredal he's not even glowing.
