Weird aiming on PS4 (Destiny 2)

Went this weekend to the game, pull up special shooters and saw orchestrange unpleasant aiming - in motion aiming harden, standing horizontally like on the sector and on into the void. Games with Sensoy and objects yielded nothing. Nothing has changed, the switching controller (switching to a new device).
What can anyone suggest, or to overcome the contempt and to write to the support?)
