Help with passing pliz (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

In the mission CJ(in MADD Dogg) settling we need to catch up with OG locka, chase after him when suddenly, for no reason at all dies MADD Dogg mission fail every time.This happens around the time when we jump from a springboard.Maybe met somebody this problem? or this is a bug .Game steam,without any mods.Other missions yet
