Actually what kind of graphic setting is 32 is 64, what is the difference?

And do not tell what the graphics settings greatly affect the cutscene? In the game fps varies from about 60 to 30 in cutscenes and drops to 15.

The difference in primary testing of the frame. On the 32 the frame is compressed, loaded faster but in spurts. The system will ship less.
64 frame extended, loaded smoothly, but estestvenno eats resources. It necessarily triple buffering.
