If you download mods they are installed in the folder mods.

there's a folder with numbers (you can search through the store steam there in the browser line, each with its own indicator.... for етс2 is 227300)

and how to remove them workshop and somehow interfere

In short, remember:
1) Locate the drive where the game workshop.
2) Go to {DRIVE}:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content
3) Delete(XS, what belongs to what, but exactly that game too)
