Can'T shoot aim (Far Cry 3)

Hello, dear forum members! I have a question, I can't shoot aim, in the settings, LMB to shoot, RMB to aim, one button working, but if you're going to aim,hold RMB and not have to shoot shoot. tried to change the buttons, the problem remains, have to shoot without aiming. Open the file GamerProfile Notepad
Use the shortcut Ctrl+F (Search)
At line: IronsightToggleMode=0
Enter the value 1
The Result: IronsightToggleMode=1
