If there is a mod (or cheat) to edit runes? (Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor)

The game was already 2 times, on the third got bored because for me the gameplay already looks like this - to hit, to explode, to jump into the bushes to kill. I would like to change, and that's where I got the idea about the editor of runes, googled all day, only found the cheat table engine, which makes spawn runes 26 (100% legendary) LVL captains, and it is not working. Maybe someone knows, is there any way to edit anything in the game? For example, the same runes, or add new abilities to the captains.

Looks like really need to move on to part 2, after the percent of the PC will change.

Not seen such a cheat and I doubt that someone will make the editor
characteristics runes. 2014 game of the year now current the second part of the Shadow war. There is variety and new everything. It's much better than constantly pass the first part,because really bored sooner or later.
