Divinity: Original Sin. Maybe the dungeons are not dark but they are there. Magic and puzzles are also fine.
No, Arx Fatalis and only him. All as ordered, well except the suit, where it is so-so. And mysteries, and the cult of the dark, and dungeons, even with his dragon, and friend-Troll fishing, and crafting...and if you get bored, you can bake pies with the apples:)

I rarely play new games and the graphics start zero good for me. The last thing that even partially fit the request and in what I played - Styx. Sewers, dark alleys, roofs, and there are dungeons, but there is a kind of puzzle, far away from Skyrim. Level created clone and they pulled the lever, the door opened, and nothing more.
