Kraft gloves (Diablo 2)

Have a couple of questions about crafting (I 2 java 20 ias +kb useful buns are welcome):
1. What level is optimal to buy gloves and what to cook?
2. If purchase the Chars nm, for example? Or better gamble?

KB in the FDA not a very useful thing, quite the contrary. And on pvp, I without Java skills will go perfectly, such that on the last screen d_m. There is no point chasing perovymi stats.
