Not painted conventional weapons, what to do ? (Watch_Dogs 2)

It is impossible to paint a normal army weapons, this is a bug or not ?
I bought an army gun, went to skins and painted the gun, but the skin did not napilsya on it((
Makeup I have only Orozco DedSec, flying and land drones and all, and the army does not bleed why! Shown in the Studio like skin napilsya but when you come out of the printer it did not napilsya and a strip with skin empty at the beginning of the menu at the army gun. This is the norm or not ?
