GeForce GTX 1070 8gb on the old motherboard

The question is, will the GeForce GTX 1070 8gb on this configuration:
QuadCore Intel Core i5-4670, 3700 MHz (37 x 100)
ASRock B85M Pro4 motherboard (2 PCI, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
