AI Suite 3 does not work.

Good time of day.
After you install the update KB4100347 in Windows 10 (version 1803, build 17134), ceased to run AI Suite 3.
A year ago I had the same problem, the developers of software AI Suite rolled out a new version off the website it was not.
Can someone tell me, is it possible to somehow now run AI Suite 3, or may have some info on websites, forums, what's going on and when will fix it?
