The third person (The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind)

Are unable to find in the Internet the interface mod for Morrowind. This mod changes the position of the camera in the 3rd person. He moves the camera to the right so that the center of the screen is over the right shoulder of the character, and adds the cross in the middle of the screen like in the 1st person. That makes it easy to aim and shoot arrows from the 3rd person.
