Not open the door to the castle. (Fallout 4)

Opened the door to Arsenal on the quest, then closed it from the outside, (thought that it will also be open), and no, shut down, and the back doesn't open. Sho do?

This door is not, in principle, closed back, and should not. Probably a bug or mod.
